3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are “starting from” prices and may vary depending on customization.
  • Transportation, foundation, and site preparation costs are not included unless stated.
  • Payments can be made in full or in agreed installments.
  • Payment delays may result in project delays.

4. Installation & Site Conditions

  • The site must be properly prepared before installation.
  • The client must provide access for transport and crane operations.
  • Additional charges may apply based on site conditions.

5. Warranty

  • Steel Structure – 5 Years
  • Smart Devices – Typically 1 Year (supplier dependent)
  • Electrical Systems – 1 Year

Note: Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, or natural disasters such as floods or lightning.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation after project start will deduct incurred costs.
  • Custom-built units may not be eligible for full refunds.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No false or misleading information
  • No unauthorized use of content, images, or designs
  • No spam or fake inquiries

8. Intellectual Property

All content including designs, images, and text are the property of Senula Interior & Exterior Solutions Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company is not fully responsible for delays, third-party issues, or weather-related conditions beyond our control.
